Contractor Loyalty Scheme

• If you are an existing contractor member of the F. Ball Contractor Loyalty Card Scheme or if you register to become a contractor member of the scheme before 30th September 2010, you immediately qualify for 2½% cashback on all your purchases of F. Ball products during the period July 1st to September 30th, 2010
• In addition any purchases you make in this period of Stopgap 700 SUPERFLEX and/or STYCCOBOND F46 will qualify for an additional +5% cashback

It could not be simpler to claim:

1. If you are registered before 30th September 2010 you may claim for purchases from July 1st to September 30th 2010, subject to the terms applicable.
2. Complete the appropriate claim form (July – September 2010), which can be downloaded from the F. Ball Rewards website.
3. Submit the claim together with copies of your purchase invoices that show F. Ball products or proof of purchase from a wholesaler showing purchases of F. Ball products in the 1st July – 30th September 2010 period. These need to clearly show the F. Ball products purchased and the prices paid. Claims may only be submitted for purchases of F. Ball and Co. Ltd. products supplied and invoiced to the card holder in the period July – September 2010. Invoices must show the purchaser’s name as it appears on your Contractor Loyalty Card.
4. Claims for 1st July – 30th September must be submitted by 30th November 2010.
5. Once your claim has been received and verified you will be sent a cheque for 2½% of the nett value of all F. Ball products shown on the invoices plus an additional 5% of the nett value of any F. Ball Stopgap 700 SUPERFLEX and/or STYCCOBOND F46 shown on the invoices (nett value is the value you have been invoiced after deduction of any trade discounts and VAT etc.)
6. Cheques will be made payable to the name on your Contractor Loyalty Card and sent to the Cardholder address registered with F. Ball. The name on the Contractor Loyalty Card must be identical with the purchaser’s name as shown on the invoices.
7. Purchase invoices must be for goods supplied and invoiced during the period 1st July 2010 to 30th September 2010. Supplies or invoices dated outside this period do not qualify. Individual purchase invoices may only be submitted once in support of a cashback claim.
8. Cashback is entirely at the discretion of F. Ball and Co. Ltd.
9. Offer only available to contractor holders of F. Ball and Co. Ltd. Contractor Loyalty Cards.
